Our personal training studio was established with the sole aim of helping clients achieve their fitness goals through individualized one-on-one training and coaching. I instantly knew that yoga was for me after taking my first lesson. I didn't see why it was for me, though. And what specifically it was going to accomplish for me. Whoa, it happened almost 18 years ago!!
Like many others, I began practising yoga because it was physically so satisfying. The realisation that I could start to control my moods and mental states better kept me coming back and spurred me on to establish my own personal practise.
The realisation of the transformative potential of this ancient art form inspired me to teach yoga. That enabled me to engage and react to life differently and to start exercising control. and accountability. After then, everything started to improve.
